Gas prices increase in Northeast Ohio

The average price for gasoline across Northeast Ohio was 14 cents higher this week at $2.62 per gallon, according to AAA East Central’s Gas Price Report.

The average price for gasoline in Youngstown this week was $2.58 per gallon.

A year-end spike in holiday travel helped to push the national average more expensive on the week — up 4 cents to $2.58.

Fan Appreciation Day at area Dairy Queens

Customers will receive half off their in-store purchases at participating area Dairy Queens on Fan Appreciation Day, Jan. 25.
