WARREN — Champion Med Express Care, 4681 Mahoning Ave. NW, offers testing for COVID-19 and will begin antibody testing Monday (May 25).

“I wanted to provide the community the opportunity to receive the testing they desire and have not been able to receive.” Dr. Zachary Veres, owner and operator of Champion Med Express Care, said in a news release.

Anyone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms can call 330-847-1132 to schedule a virtual visit. Once evaluated and a test is deemed necessary, an appointment will be made to receive a swab test. Test results will be available within 48 to 72 hours.

COVID-19 antibody testing doesn’t require an appointment. To get tested, go to the clinic from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday or 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fridays. Results from the blood-drawn test will be available in about two to three days.

Insurance is accepted for both COVID-19 and antibody testing.

“We know that more and more developments are being released each day and are making it our priority to stay on top of it for our patients. We are all in this together.” Dr. Veres said.
