COVID-19 vaccinations to be available at Eastwood Mall site

NILES — Trumbull County Combined Health District will host COVID-19 vaccination clinics five days in May at Eastwood Mall.

The clinics will be located in the former Lane Bryant space near Center Court, next to Pandora and across from Auntie Anne's Pretzels.

The clinic dates, times and vaccine being administered:

  • Saturday, 1 to 4 p.m.; Moderna;
  • May 11, 1 to 4 p.m.; Moderna or Johnson & Johnson;
  • May 13, 9 a.m. to noon; Moderna or Johnson & Johnson;
  • May 18, 1 to 4 p.m.; Moderna or Johnson & Johnson;
  • May 20, 5 to 8 p.m.; Moderna or Johnson & Johnson.

You can register here a week in advance or walk in. To speed up the check-in process, recipients are encouraged to visit the health district's website to download, print and complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Record form and bring it, along with a driver's license or another form of identification, to the clinic.

Individuals age 18 and older are eligible to receive the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. The health district will not provide the vaccine to those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
