May 8-Martin & Rutt Auctioneers LLC, of New Holland, conducted a public auction of real estate April 28 for Sarah Ann Landis at 616 Pearl St., Lancaster. A three-bedroom brick house on 0.9 acre sold for $202,000 to AJ Home Solutions.

Intel Auctions, of Narvon, conducted a public auction of real estate April 8 for David and Priscilla Beiler at 6142 Beaverdam Road. A 3-acre property sold for $900,000 to Ephraim Esch.

Intel Auctions, of Narvon, conducted a public auction of real estate April 15 for James and Nancy Stoltzfus at 471 Weavertown Road, Myerstown. A 0.79-acre property sold for $320,000 to Jason Auker.

Intel Auctions, of Narvon, conducted a public auction of real estate April 22 for Windy Hill Rentals at 271 Ramsey Dr., Jersey Shore. A mountain camp sold for $465,000 to Ivan King.

Beiler-Campbell Auction Services, of Quarryville, conducted a public auction of real estate April 30 for Gerald L. Frey, Jr. at 3206 Bowman Road, Lancaster. A three-bedroom split-level house with two-car attached garage and shed on 0.3 acre sold for $385,000 to Salama and Olfat Abdelmalak, of Lancaster.

Witman Auctioneers Inc., of Manheim, conducted a public auction of real estate May 4 for the Tracy German estate at 6245 Middleburg Road, Keymar, Maryland. A three-bedroom Cape Cod house with detached two-car garage sold for $280,000 to Stephen Kent Jr., of Emmitsburg, Maryland.
