'Dancing with the Stars: The Next Pro' to premiere on ABC in July
May 8 (UPI) -- ABC has announced a premiere date for its Dancing with the Stars spinoff, Dancing with the Stars: The Next Pro.
The reality competition series to find the franchise's next pro dancer will debut July 13 at 8 p.m. ET.
Robert Irwin, wildlife conservationist and the son of late Crocodile Hunter star Steve Irwin, will host the show. Irwin and his pro partner, Witney Carson, won Dancing with the Stars Season 34 in December.
The Next Pro will feature 12 contestants competing to become the newest pro in DWTS Season 35. DWTS pro Mark Ballas and his mother, Shirley Ballas, will serve as judges, with other franchise favorites to appear as mentors and guest judges.
New seasons of game shows Celebrity Family Feud, Press Your Luck and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire are also coming to ABC. Celebrity Family Feud Season 12 and Press Your Luck Season 7 will premiere July 9 at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. ET, respectively, while Who Wants to Be a Millionaire will return for a fifth season July 22 at 8 p.m.
In addition, ABC will air the CMA Fest music special June 25 at 8 p.m. ET and the 2026 ESPY Awards on July 15 at 8 p.m.
