WOLF, BALDWIN & ASSOCIATES P.C.
Wolf, Baldwin & Associates P.C. in Pottstown has announced that two of the firm's attorneys have again been named to the list of top attorneys in Pennsylvania for 2026 as published by Super Lawyers magazine. Levi S. Wolf and Daniel E. McCabe were named in the practice area of Workers' Compensation.
In 2013, Wolf and McCabe became two of the first attorneys in the state to be certified as specialists in the practice of workers' compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Worker's Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Super Lawyers magazine uses a patented selection process of multiple phases to create their list of top attorneys in the state. The process starts with nominations by peers. These nominations are validated by third-party research across 12 categories. Candidates are then grouped into categories based on practice area and reviewed by those attorneys who received the highest totals from each category. In the final selection, 5 percent of the state's attorneys are named to the Super Lawyers list, and 2.5 percent are selected to the Rising Stars list.
Wolf was previously named as a "Rising Star" in the Super Lawyer magazine in 2011 and 2012, and to the Super Lawyer list each year since 2014. McCabe has been on the Super Lawyer list since 2021.
Wolf, Baldwin & Associates P.C. has offices in Pottstown, Pennsburg, Reading, and West Chester.
READING AND NORTHERN RAILROAD
After more than 10 years of service to the Reading & Northern Railroad, Bill Clark, senior vice president coal marketing, has retired from his position effective May 31.
Clark joined the industry in 1981 working for Canadian Pacific in the marketing department. Throughout his career spanning over 40 years in the rail industry, Clark held senior marketing roles for various Class 1 and regional railroads including 14 years with Norfolk Southern in their coal group. Following a stint in the private sector working in coal purchasing and rail logistics for Pennsylvania Power and Light, Clark joined Reading and Northern in 2016.
He worked diligently to develop R&N's dried coal business serving the domestic steel industry. Through creativity and his relationships in the coal and steel industries Clark was able to penetrate a market long held by the trucking industry. Dried Coal has become R&N's largest growth market going from a few hundred cars a year when Clark started, to a projected 3500+ carloads in 2026. He also oversaw the coal group through three consecutive 1-million-ton shipping seasons, the first time in R&N's history when the company achieved that accomplishment.
Taking over management of R&N's Coal group are Jim Cerulli, vice president of Coal Business Development, and Mike Sharadin, vice president of Coal Sourcing.
Cerulli joined RBMN in 2015, after spending several years as a public-school teacher in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Throughout his 11year career at R&N, Cerulli has held various roles in the transportation and marketing departments including heading up the Industrial Development program for several years before joining the coal team full time in 2023.
Sharadin joined Reading and Northern in 1996 and spent more than 20 years with the railroad before leaving for a short stint with Amazon in logistics. He returned to Reading and Northern in 2023 in his current capacity and remains an integral part of the coal and marketing team.
