YOUNGSTOWN — Chelsea Pascarella was recently named events manager for the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber.

Pascarella joined the regional chamber in fall 2018 as events coordinator and has been responsible for the organization’s reservation process, event logistics, coordination of speakers/agendas and new and renewed sponsorships.

Pascarella is pursuing certification as an international corporate event planning professional. Before joining the regional chamber, she was the assistant marketing director at the Eastwood Mall Complex and had also worked as the assistant manager at Evaline's Bridal.

Shop Small Hubbard | Spring Fling set for May 1

HUBBARD — The fourth annual Shop Small Hubbard | Spring Fling is scheduled for May 1 to help support small businesses in the city.

More than 70 brick and mortar and pop-up businesses in the city are participating in the event, which will feature food, music, giveaways, Mother’s Day specials, a car show and more.

Sight for All United to celebrate opening of new location

STRUTHERS — Sight for All United is celebrating the opening of its new office at 966 Fifth St. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Sight for All United received grants for the space and equipment needed for its new location through grants from the Cafaro Foundation and the J. Ford Crandall Foundation.

Other businesses that helped make the move possible include DJV Carpet, Home Depot, Office Depot, Ace Hardware — Struthers, Sarco Property Management, and Pro Business Systems

Sight for All United is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2016 and provides financial

assistance to eligible individuals who are faced with vision challenges. Vision services include eye exams, eyeglasses, cataract surgeries, corneal cross-linking surgeries, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration and glaucoma treatments and more.

OhanaLink partners with Babies & Bumps to offer app access

HERMITAGE, Pa. — OhanaLink Technologies is partnering with Babies & Bumps to offer a year of free access to the OhanaLink Baby mobile app to all attendees of an “Evenings with Experts” virtual event from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The OhanaLink Baby app helps users connect with family and friends before, during and after their pregnancy in a private, secure, mobile waiting room.
