Coaches Burger Bar offers chance to win free burgers for a year

Proceeds from the promotion will benefit United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley.

BOARDMAN — Coaches Burger Bar, which has five locations in the Mahoning Valley, is offering customers an opportunity to win free burgers for a year.

Owners Stacy and Patrick Howlett are once again teaming up with United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley for the Dine in December promotion.

Customers who make a $5 donation at any of the five locations will be entered into the Burger for a Year drawing. Five winners will be picked the first week of January. All the money raised will benefit the United Way.

Coaches Burger Bars are located at:

  • 5529 Mahoning Ave., Austintown
  • 708 Boardman-Canfield Road, Boardman
  • 3032 Center Road, Poland
  • 131 S. Market St., Lisbon
  • 635 East State St., Salem

Donations also can be made on the United Way’s website. Contest rules and regulations also are listed on the website.

“Every holiday season, Coaches Burger Bar and the Howletts step up in a big way for our United Way. We are so excited about this year’s Burger for a Year promotion,” Bob Hannon, president of United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley, said in a news release.

“The United Way is instrumental in providing needed support to the children and families of the Mahoning Valley. We are beyond honored to be able to partner again this year to help raise money for an organization that makes such a positive impact in our local community,” Stacy and Patrick Howlett said in a statement.
