The following construction projects are anticipated to affect highways in Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties next week. All outlined work is weather permitting.
State Route 7 pavement repairs, Beaver Township: The road between SR 164 and Western Reserve Road will have various lane restrictions through Tuesday.

Bedford Road widening, Brookfield Township: The road southbound between U.S. 62 and Stewart Sharon Road is closed through Tuesday. The detour is Stewart Sharon Road to Thomas Hubbard Road to U.S. 62. Estimated completion is late October.

U.S. Route 30 (Lincoln Way) traffic signal upgrade: Project in Lisbon includes signal upgrades at the intersections of U.S. 30 (Lincoln Way) with SR 45/SR 154, Beaver Street, Market Street and Jefferson Street. Completion date is Oct. 31.
U.S. Route 30 resurfacing project: The stretch from SR 7/SR 267 to SR 170 has one lane of traffic maintained in each direction. Completion date is Oct. 31.
SR 7 bridge replacement: East of Columbiana between SR 14 and Metz Road, traffic is maintained via temporary traffic signals. Completion date is June 30.
Safety project in East Palestine: Installation of pavement markings, traffic signal upgrades and pedestrian signal upgrades are under way. Traffic is maintained via flaggers when necessary. Completion date is Nov. 30.
Multiple Columbiana County routes to be resurfaced: Project includes SR 45 in Salem from Township Road 410 to U.S. Route 62, SR 558 from SR 45 to SR 517 and SR 9 from the Carroll/Columbiana line to U.S. Route 30. Completion date is Nov. 30.
