Coronavirus testing coming to Youngstown schools

YOUNGSTOWN — Youngstown City School District students, their families and district staff can get tested for coronavirus next week at two schools.

QuickMED Urgent Care of Youngstown will conduct pop-up virus testing sites July 30 at Chaney High School, 731 S. Hazelwood Ave., and July 31 at East High School, 474 Bennington Ave., according to a Tuesday release from Youngstown City School District.

Testing for adults and staff is set for 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. both days. Testing for students and physicals for student athletes is set for noon to 5 p.m. both days.

Patients must first complete a QuickMED intake form as well as a new patient registration form, which they must bring with them to the testing site.
