BOARDMAN — The Davis Family YMCA will be accepting art Sept. 24 and 25 for its annual "But I Know What I Like" art show.

Art will be collected from noon to 5 p.m. Sept. 24 and 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sept. 25 at the YMCA, 45 McClurg Road.

Adult artists in the four-county area are encouraged to submit one or two pieces for $20. Proceeds will fund a memorial art scholarship for an adult with neurological disabilities.

All family-friendly 2-D and 3-D art will be accepted, within the entry guidelines

The show is judged by nonprofessionals, as in, "I don't know much about art, but I know what I like," giving all entries equal footing.

The show runs from Oct. 10 until Nov. 14. Cash prizes will be awarded at the opening reception on Oct. 10.
