Gov. DeWine to visit Youngstown manufacturing facility Friday

Following the governor’s tour, the Mahoning Valley Manufacturing Coalition will host a roundtable discussion on workforce development.

YOUNGSTOWN — Gov. Mike DeWine will visit Taylor-Winfield Technologies at 4 p.m. Friday in recognition of Manufacturing Day.

The governor will tour the facility at 3200 Innovation Place and discuss Ohio's economic outlook and workforce development accomplishments. Following the tour, the Mahoning Valley Manufacturing Coalition will host a roundtable discussion on workforce development. 

The governor is also scheduled to visit manufacturing facilities in Toledo and Strongsville earlier in the day.

Manufacturing Day takes place annually on the first Friday in October.
