CANFIELD — The Mahoning County Career Training Center is offering a fall enrollment open house from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Campus tours will be available at the facility at 7300 N. Palmyra Road.
Prospective students can meet with student services and find out more about potential funding sources to help pay for education. In addition, there will be a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) informational session at 6 p.m..
The public is invited to explore career training programs that begin in the fall, including: Welding, Automotive Technology, Medical Assistant, Medical Office Specialist, EMT or Firefighter I and II.
"We realized that a daytime open house is not always ideal for everyone’s schedule," Jodi Glass, MCCTC Adult Career Center recruiter and marketing coordinator, said in a news release. "That is why we decided to offer one last fall enrollment open house for 2021, but hold it during after-work hours.”
