MCCTC to receive $400,000 check from Ohio
CANFIELD — State Rep. Al Cutrona, R-Canfield, will present a $400,000 check from the state to Mahoning County Career and Technical Center officials at 9:45 Monday.
MCCTC was awarded the money as part of Ohio’s Capital Budget plan for 2020-21.
The money will be used to add a classroom to the new fire training facility that is located on the MCCTC campus.
MCCTC completed a $1 million fire tower project in 2020. High school and adult education students are being trained in the new facility.
