COLUMBUS — More Ohioans tested positive for the coronavirus last week than any other week during the pandemic, but Ohio's reopening is moving forward.
Gov. Mike DeWine announced Monday nursing homes can open for outdoor visitation July 20 "so long as all safety measures are met." DeWine said the National Guard intends to test every facility and to continually test staff members.
"I know this has been gut-wrenching for families," said DeWine.
