YOUNGSTOWN — Personal Protected delivered a Quad-Sink hand-washing station to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Youngstown on Wednesday.

In partnership with the Mahoning County Commissioners Office, Personal Protected has completed units for every K-12 school system in Mahoning County with funding through the CARES Act, a news release states. When notified there was funding available for one more unit, Jeff Swartz, owner of Personal Protected, recommended the Boys & Girls Clubs of Youngstown.

"We're so grateful to the Mahoning County commissioners and the team at Personal Protected for making this dream a reality," Jim Bird, BGCY CEO, said in the release. "This simple act of kindness is going to go a long way in keeping our kids safe as we continue to navigate the COVID health crisis and do whatever it takes to build great futures."
