NILES — Trumbull County Combined Health District will administer COVID-19 vaccines three times this week at Eastwood Mall.

Eligible individuals will be able to receive first, second, additional and booster doses. The boosters are for individuals age 65 and older who received their second dose of the Pfizer vaccine at least six months ago or those 18 to 64 years old with certain underlying conditions.

The clinic will be at the former Lane Bryant space near Center Court, next to Pandora and across from Auntie Anne’s Pretzels.

Days and hours for the clinic are:

  • 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday;
  • 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday;
  • 10 a.m. to noon Saturday.

To register for an appointment, click here and bring your confirmation email or text with you to the appointment.

To speed up the check-in process, recipients are encouraged to visit the health district’s website to download, print and complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Record form and bring it to the clinic. If you are receiving your additional or booster dose, bring your vaccine card with you to your appointment.

The Pfizer vaccine is eligible for individuals age 12 and older, but all minors must have a parent with them to receive the vaccine.

TCCHD is offering $100 Eastwood Mall gift cards to those who receive their first dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine at the clinics while supplies last.
