Trumbull County health district offers COVID-19 vaccination clinics, $100 gift cards

NILES — Trumbull County Combined Health District has scheduled COVID-19 vaccination clinics at two sites this week.

The Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines are available.

TCCHD will host a clinic from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at its Warren office, 176 Chestnut Ave. NE.

Also that day at Eastwood Mall, TCCHD will host a clinic from 5 to 7 p.m. in the former Lane Bryant space near Center Court, next to Pandora and across from Auntie Anne's.

The Eastwood Mall clinic also will be open from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday.

TCCHD is offering $100 Eastwood Mall gift cards to anyone receiving a first dose.

Those seeking shots can walk in to each clinic or register here.

To speed up the check-in process, recipients are encouraged to visit the health district's website to download, print and complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Record form and bring it, along with a driver's license or another form of identification, to the clinic.

The district says those age 12 and older are eligible for the Pfizer vaccine, but a parent must accompany a minor seeking a shot.

The district will not provide a vaccine to those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
