Trumbull County health district to host COVID-19 vaccination clinic

WARREN — Trumbull County Combined Health District will host a COVID-19 vaccination clinic from 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at its offices, 176 Chestnut Ave. NE.

The clinic will be first come, first served, with 100 doses of the Pfizer vaccine available for individuals age 16 and older. To speed up the check-in process, recipients are encouraged to visit the health district's website to download, print and complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Record form and bring it, along with a driver's license or another form of identification, to the clinic.

The health district will not provide the vaccine to those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
