Valley restaurants, organizations serving up Thanksgiving dinners

Thanksgiving is in one week, and many Mahoning Valley businesses and organizations are creating ways for residents to more safely navigate the Thanksgiving holiday with bake-at-home meals, carryout orders, free dinners and other alternatives.

Details: As an alternative to its traditional Thanksgiving dinner, The Way Station is accepting donations to provide Take & Bake Thanksgiving boxes to anyone who is in need, free of cost with no restrictions due to income or location. Boxes will consist of canned, boxed and frozen items. The boxes will be distributed from 9 a.m. to noon Nov. 23 at The Upper Room Fellowship, 500 Sponseller Road, Columbiana.
