COLUMBUS — Throughout the month, the work of Mahoning Valley artist Daniel Rauschenbach is being featured in an exhibition titled “Contemporary Landscape and Focus” at Emergent Art + Craft, 14 E. Lincoln St.

Rauschenbach will attend an opening reception at the gallery from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday.

“Influenced by the industrial Midwest and romantic New England seascape, he incorporates

these cultural wonders into his work,” a news release states. “His passion, dedication and love of his craft shine through each piece.”

The Emergent Art + Craft gallery was opened by Sarah Ivancic in November 2020. The gallery’s mission is “to provide a safe space for artists and artisans to exhibit and sell their work and receive mentorship in building their businesses while building my own,” Ivancic says on the gallery’s website.
