YNDC to celebrate home construction project
YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown Neighborhood Development Corp. and partners will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house at 10 a.m. Nov. 1 to celebrate the completion of the organization's first new home construction project.
The home at 4212 Helena Ave. is the first of three new single-family homes that will be sold to homeowners as part of a strategy to revitalize Helena Avenue and the Handels neighborhood. The home is listed for sale for $87,500.
