Youngstown school board seeks input on district improvement plan

Forms will be provided at the meetings for people who want to express their opinions but do not want to speak publicly.

YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown City School District Board of Education will host a series of community meetings to gather public input to formulate a district academic improvement plan.

The meetings are planned for Aug. 3,  17 and 31.

Each of the meetings will take place from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the commons area of Choffin Career and Technical Center, 200 E. Wood St.

An option for people to view the meetings online will also be available. Forms will be provided at the meetings for people who want to express their opinions but do not want to speak publicly.
