YOUNGSTOWN — The Junior Portfolio work of two Youngstown State University students will be exhibited through Friday in two locations in Bliss Hall.

Anna Pugh of Canfield is a junior interdisciplinary studio art major who focuses on graphic design and photography. Her work is located in the Judith Rae Solomon Gallery, Bliss Hall, second floor. Her exhibit, “Pandemic Problems,” shows the struggles that have come with 2020 and how society has coped with the current condition.

Naomi Carrier of Cleveland is a Bachelor of Fine Arts studio art major with an emphasis in digital media. She focuses on game design and creating art with interactive elements. Her piece is a short game that focuses on a young girl as she sees her town and life affected by an ongoing conflict between a rebel group and the government.

Her artwork is accessible in person in the Student Project Gallery in Bliss Hall’s lower level or online here.
