Youngstown City Health District asks people who qualify for Phase 1B to fill out a form on its website so the department can continue to plan for the next phase of vaccinations.

Facilities licensed by the Ohio Board of Pharmacy to administer or provide vaccination services can enroll to participate in the COVID-19 vaccination program.

After renovations, the building will become HFHMV’s administrative offices and will house the construction operation and be a source for the community to gain knowledge on homeownership.

The stations will be placed in Federal Plaza, the Eugenia Atkinson Recreation Center, Youngstown Municipal Court and city hall.

The House and Senate certified the Democrat’s electoral college win early Thursday after a violent throng of pro-Trump rioters spent hours Wednesday running rampant through the Capitol.

“This is how a coup is started. This is how democracy dies,” U.S. Rep. Jimmy Gomez, D-Calif., said.

As Congress went about its ceremonial business of certifying election results Wednesday afternoon, a mob of pro-Trump rioters invaded the U.S. Capitol, resulting in the death of at least one woman. 

"This was an insurrection in the United States. There's no sugarcoating that. This was a coup attempt," the congressman told reporters Wednesday evening.

Amid lawlessness and anarchy, U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown and U.S. Reps. Tim Ryan and Bill Johnson report they and their staffs are safe at this hour.

"We will open the Zoom room tonight to share poems and company for those seeking community,” a statement reads.
