One Hot Cookie hosting dog costume contest today
BOARDMAN — One Hot Cookie, 1315 Boardman-Canfield Road, will host its fourth annual dog costume contest at 3 p.m. today. Preregistration is not required. Prizes will be awarded to the top three dog costumes. One Hot Cookie will give a free cookie to any child in a costume between 2 and 4 p.m.
