Local accounting firm expands its footprint
LIMA - A regional consulting firm is expanding its presence throughout Northwest Ohio.
Founded in 1979, Shultz Huber & Associates, Inc. is a certified public accounting firm that specializes in accounting, tax and business planning.
Shultz Huber & Associates has added Stroh, Johnson & Company, with locations in Wapakoneta, Lima and Minster, another long-established accounting firm, as a part of its expansion. This addition broadens the locations of both firms to eight locations.
Employees at SH&A feel as though both firms share the same values and priorities with their clients, as well as long-term goals.
"Stroh Johnson's team, locations and expertise are a great fit for us," said Tyson Stuckey, managing partner at SH&A. "This addition will allow us to serve SJC's existing client base with a wider range of services, while strengthening the team available for all of our clients."
By combining the two firms, not only will SH&A's services be more available, but both businesses will be able to learn from each other.
"Shultz Huber & Associates' values and mission align with our own, making this an excellent opportunity for sustainable, long-term growth for our clients and our team," said Stephanie Shutt-Stienke, partner at Stroh, Johnson & Company.
Moving forward, the Stroh Johnson & Company will now be operating under the Shultz Huber & Associates name.
