The Youngstown Press Club this week announced its 2022 Hall of Fame class.

This year’s inductees are Ernie Brown, a former regional editor at The Vindicator; Andrea Wood, co-founder of The Business Journal; late WKBN broadcaster Peter Gabriel; and late WKBN-TV anchor Tom Holden.

An awards ceremony and dinner will take place at 6 p.m. Sept. 28 at Stambaugh Auditorium, 1000 Fifth Ave., Youngstown, a news release states. Tickets, which can be purchased here, are $50. Tables of eight are $400.

“We’re excited to honor another impressive class with induction into the Press Club’s Hall of Fame,” Adam Earnheardt, executive director, said in the release. “Although the idea for a Hall of Fame was conceptualized a few years ago, it wasn’t until last year that we had the opportunity to induct our inaugural class.”

The inaugural class included television newscasters Stan Boney and the late Bob Black, as well as entrepreneur Ralph Zerbonia.
