Parade of Homes: Learn about local home building at Canfield ribbon cutting

It’s National Home Remodeling Month, and professionals in contracting, building and remodeling are getting ready to showcase their talents at the new Parade of Homes in Canfield.

The Home Builders Association of The Valley represents residential contractors and vendors in Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull counties.

They’re breaking ground for the Parade of Homes at Legacy Villas & Homes, an upcoming event to connect potential customers looking to do work this summer with local contractors, according to HBA representative Trisha Howe.

The groundbreaking for Parade of Homes starts at 2 p.m. June 5 at Legacy Villas & Homes, located at 4640 Legacy Drive off Raccoon Road in Canfield.

“We encourage the public to attend this event for the opportunity to meet local builders and developers as they showcase the quality of craftsmanship and construction techniques,” Howe said.

Russo Builders, DeLucia Builders, SMS Custom Builders, G. Sorice Builders, Inc. and Custom Designed Homes by Mark Ramunno will be participating in the Parade of Homes.

As the local affiliate of the Ohio Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders, the HBA acts as the legislative voice of the residential construction industry in the Mahoning Valley.
