Celebrating 100 years of Hynes Industries

Employees and retirees from Hynes Industries’ three Midwest locations – Youngstown and Painesville, Ohio, and Kokomo, Ind. – gathered to mark a remarkable milestone: the company’s 100th anniversary.

The celebration included an open house at the company’s headquarters in Youngstown, where guests toured the facility, viewed historical displays and shared memories of Hynes’ century of service. The next evening, festivities continued at Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown with a formal dinner and dancing event attended by team members past and present.

The evening featured a keynote address by Hynes CEO Rick Organ, who reflected on the company’s legacy and honored the employees who helped shape it. Long-tenured team members were recognized for their contributions, and guests enjoyed live music and an evening of connection with coworkers, families and friends.

Founded in 1925, Hynes Industries is a trusted provider of custom roll form and fabricated metal solutions, serving industries such as truck/trailer manufacturing, automated material handling, solar energy, data centers and general industrial markets. With more than 200 employees across its three plant cities, Hynes is proud of its heritage, its family-oriented culture, and its continued investment in people, innovation and community.

The 100th anniversary celebration caps a year-long series of commemorations honoring the company’s century of excellence and its forward-looking focus on shaping the next generation of roll-formed steel manufacturing.
