Take a look inside a Trumbull County Chinese restaurant up for sale at $299,000
A Trumbull County restaurant is on the local real estate market for $299,000 and has a starting rental rate of $9.92 per square foot.
There’s over 3,000 square feet available for purchase at 517 North Main St. in downtown Niles, a busy section of the city with over 13,000 commuters driving by each day.
The property is home to the second-generation Chinese restaurant called Chef Peng which is currently closed for business.
On the Platz Realty Group website, take a 3-D tour inside the restaurant, including the kitchen’s 12-foot exhaust hood.
The Niles restaurant is available for purchase by the new owner, or the property can be converted into a retail store, specialty shop or office spaces, according to the realty group.
In 2019, Chef Peng reopened with a new menu, according to the Tribune.
In 2014, Monnie Ryan wrote a review on Mahoning Valley Eats & Treats about the menu options and decor like a fish tank.
“We went home stuffed at far less cost” compared to more expensive area restaurants at the same, Ryan wrote.
