Trumbull County community welcomes third fast-food Mexican restaurant to region
Last year, the community welcomed Fredibertos Mexican Food drive-thru restaurants in both Austintown and Niles.
Now Fredibertos Mexican Food is serving authentic southwest-style dishes customers in its fourth fast food restaurant in northeast Ohio, located in Girard.
Try street tacos, breakfast burritos, super fries and more at the third Fredibertos, open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily at 20 S State St. in Girard next to the Tango convenience store.
“If you haven’t tried it yet you’re missing out. The breakfast burritos are fantastic and their entrees are so good,” Rob Medina commented on Facebook.
Freddy Davila and Adalberto Davila founded Fredibertos in Arizona 35 years ago, with the first Ohio-based location in Trumbull County opening in 2024.
The third Fredibertos Mexican Food restaurant on Broadway Avenue in Cleveland opened in the spring of 2025.
