Cheech & Chong’s cannabis products “clean, safe and ready to enjoy” in Ohio
A cannabis cultivation and processing company based in Youngstown announced a product partnership with legendary comedy duo and cannabis trailblazers Cheech and Chong.
As of September, Riviera Creek in Youngstown is the exclusive grower and distributor of Cheech and Chong-branded cannabis products for Ohio.
Tommy Chong and Cheech Marin started the cannabis company and met in 1968.
“Cannabis is supposed to be fun, man,” Chong said. “With Riviera Creek, we know people in Ohio are getting the good stuff - clean, safe, and ready to enjoy.”
The product line launched in September with curated Cheech and Chong-branded flower, grown aeroponically at Riviera Creek’s state-of-the-art facility in Youngstown.
Aeroponic cultivation ensures the cleanest, most consistent flower - grown without soil, pesticides or harmful chemicals. Additional product formats will roll out in coming months.
“For us, it’s always been about quality and connection,” Cheech said. “This launch is another opportunity to bring people together through the plant.”
Brian Kessler is the chairman of Riviera Creek’s board.

Cheech and Chong products are available at licensed dispensaries across Ohio; customers are encouraged to ask their local dispensaries about availability.
