Medical equipment provider breaks ground on new hub of operations in Boardman

A Boardman provider of post-acute care medical equipment since 2001 is expected to expand by opening a new building on Crossroads Drive next year.

Angel Care Medical is a provider of durable medical equipment to long-term care facilities, hospice and nursing homes.

Dan Halas, president of Angel Care Medical, and the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber hosted a groundbreaking ceremony in September at 8500 Crossroads Drive, the future site of a new hub for all the company’s operations.

“This new facility marks a significant milestone in our commitment to the community,” Halas said. “The new space will allow us to expand our inventory, streamline our services and better support our partners and patients with the prompt and professional care they deserve.”

Angel Care Medical provides rentals for support equipment like lifts and transfer beds, commodes, long-term care and bariatric beds, as well as mobility equipment like wheelchairs and walkers.
