Columbiana County gas stations sold to Ohio investor for $5.2 million

Rogers Fuel LLC closed a deal recently, securing a $5.2 million investment into three Columbiana County convenience stores.

The northeast Ohio company is primarily based in Aurora, which is about an hour away from the Columbiana County area.

In September, Rogers Fuel LLC purchased the JDE Food and Fuel at 46791 State St. in New Waterford for $2.25 million from John Doss Enterprises LLC.

Rogers Fuel acquired a second mini-mart gas station from John Doss Enterprises LLC for another $2.25 million. It’s at 3952 State Route 7 in Fairview Township.

Columbiana County Auditor’s website show Rogers Fuel also owns the Sinclair gas station and convenience store at 7517 Depot St. in Rogers, previously owned by Andi’s Convenience Store, LLC.

Rogers Fuel paid $700,000 for the property on Depot Street, and the sale closed on Sept. 15.
