Hardware store in Trumbull County sold to new owner for $375K
Records from the Trumbull County Auditor show that Northside Appliance Company recently became the new owner of a discount hardware store in town.
Mazi Properties LLC sold The Handyman Hardware and Supply at 3900 Youngstown Warren Road on Dec. 19 for $375,000 to Northside Appliane Company.
The hardware store was first built in 1950 and remodeled in 1977, according to the Trumbull County Auditor’s records.
Northside Appliance’s acquisition of the hardware store also included a half-acre lot of land on Youngstown Warren Road.
