Dentist retiring after 3 decades in East Liverpool, office for sale for $380,000
After over three decades of caring for families in the Calcutta and East Liverpool communities, Dr. Robert Davis announced he’s retiring and closing the office for Dentistry For Children and Teens.
The office in Columbiana County’s St. Clair Township is closing on June 30, according to the dentist’s retirement announcement.
“It has been an incredible privilege to watch so many of your children grow over the years,” Dr. Davis said. “From first visits and loose teeth to milestone checkups, being a part of your family’s dental journey has meant more to me than words can express. It has been an honor to care for your children and to build relationships with so many wonderful families. Your loyalty, kindness and support throughout the years have made this practice truly special.”

The pediatric dentist office is up for sale at 15841 Saint Clair Ave. for $380,000.
There’s a total of 2,340 square feet at the property, built in 1978, with rear parking accommodations, according to commercial realty listings.
For patients at Dentistry For Children and Teens, a record transfer form can be requested via text through (330) 385-6201.
“As I step into this next chapter, I want to ensure a smooth transition for your family’s continued care. Your dental records will remain securely maintained,” Dr. Davis said. “Your child’s ongoing dental health remains very important to me, and I encourage you to continue regular checkups with your new provider.”
In the announcement, he recommended scheduling future appointments with Dr. Shane Wellington at River Valley Dental in East Liverpool.
