Mazda Drops Aggressive CX-90 Lease Offers for July 2026

2026 Mazda CX-90 Lease Deals Now Available

The Mazda CX-90 is Mazda's flagship three-row SUV, and it's unlike anything else in the segment. While the Toyota Highlander, Honda Pilot and Chevrolet Traverse all run front-drive-based platforms, the CX-90 sends power through a rear-biased all-wheel-drive system. And right now, Mazda is offering two lease deals that both come in under $300 a month: one for the turbocharged inline-six and another for the plug-in hybrid.

If you've been eyeing the CX-90, you now have the choice between a conventional powertrain and an electrified one, both at aggressive monthly payments. The upfront costs are higher, consistent with Mazda's lease structure, but the monthlies are nearly impossible to beat in the three-row segment. Both offers run through July 31.

Mazda's Lease Deals for June

Mazda is offering two CX-90 lease plans. Both run 36 months with 10,000 miles per year, and both include the $750 acquisition fee in the monthly payment. No security deposit is required on either. Here's how they compare:

The Turbo Select lease is based on an MSRP of $39,300 plus $1,530 destination, with a capitalized cost of $34,410. The PHEV Preferred is based on an MSRP of $50,695 plus $1,530 destination, with a capitalized cost of $40,495. The PHEV offer includes $3,180 in Lease Support baked into the deal.

The fine print is the same for both: you'll need strong credit through Mazda Financial Services at a participating dealer. Go over your mileage and you'll pay $0.15 per mile. A $350 disposition fee applies at lease end. Dealer contribution may vary. Delivery must be taken before July 31, 2026.

2026 Mazda CX-90 Highlights

The CX-90 gives you two very different powertrain experiences under one roof. The 3.3-liter turbocharged inline-six delivers smooth, linear power with a character that feels more premium than the price suggests, while the rear-biased AWD system gives the CX-90 a more engaging driving feel than any of its direct competitors. If you've driven a Highlander or Pilot and felt like something was missing behind the wheel, the CX-90 is likely the answer.

The PHEV takes a different approach, pairing a 2.5-liter four-cylinder with an electric motor for a combined 323 horsepower and a 27-mile electric-only range. For short commutes, you can run on electric power alone, then switch to the gas engine for longer trips. Both versions seat up to eight across three rows, and the cabin features Mazda's clean interior layout with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and the full i-Activsense safety suite.

Final Thoughts

Against the Toyota Grand Highlander, Honda Pilot and Hyundai Palisade, the CX-90 stands out on driving dynamics and powertrain variety. The $20 monthly gap between the Turbo Select and PHEV Preferred is remarkably small, though the PHEV asks for $2,150 more at signing. If you want plug-in capability and can handle the higher upfront cost, the PHEV is the smarter long-term play thanks to lower fuel costs. Either way, nothing else in the three-row segment comes close on the monthly line. Both offers run through July 31.
