COVID-19 vaccination clinic scheduled for Tuesday at Eastwood Mall

The Trumbull County Combined Health District will host a COVID-19 vaccination clinic from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Eastwood Mall.

The clinic will be at the former Lane Bryant space near Center Court, next to Pandora and across from Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available at the clinic.

To speed up the check-in process, recipients are encouraged to visit the health district’s website to download, print and complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Record form and bring it to the clinic. If you are receiving an additional or booster dose, bring your vaccine card with you to your appointment.
