Trumbull County Combined Health District to host 4 COVID-19 vaccination clinics this week

Trumbull County Combined Health District will host four COVID-19 vaccination clinics this week at various locations throughout the county.

The Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available. Second boosters will be provided for individuals age 50 and older and those 12 and older who are immunocompromised.

Clinics are scheduled for:

  • 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Kinsman Presbyterian Church, 6383 Church St., Kinsman;
  • 4:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Trumbull County Combined Health District, 176 Chestnut Ave. NE, Warren;
  • 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Monument of Faith Church of God in Christ, 2165 Highland Ave. SW, Warren;
  • 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Girard Multi-Generational Center, 443 Trumbull Ave., Girard.

Walk-ins will be accepted at the clinics. To speed up the check-in process, recipients are encouraged to visit the health district’s website to download, print and complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Record form and bring it to the clinic. If you are receiving your additional or booster dose, bring your vaccine card with you to your appointment.

Ages of eligibility are 12 and older for the Pfizer vaccine, 5 to 11 for the Pfizer pediatric vaccine and 18 and older for the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.
