UPDATE | Trumbull County Combined Health District to host 6 COVID-19 vaccination clinics this week

The Trumbull County Combined Health District will host six COVID-19 vaccination clinics this week at various locations throughout the county.

The Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available.

Clinics are scheduled for:

  • 4:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Trumbull County Combined Health District, 176 Chestnut Ave. NE, Warren;

  • 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Monument of Faith Church of God in Christ, 2165 Highland Ave. SW, Warren;

  • 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Trumbull Community Action Program, 1230 Palmyra Road SW, Warren;

  • 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Monument of Faith Church of God in Christ;

  • 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Liberty Public Library, 415 Churchill-Hubbard Road, Liberty;
  • 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Monument of Faith Church of God in Christ.

Walk-ins will be accepted, and an appointment isn’t necessary, a news release states. To speed up the check-in process, recipients are encouraged to visit the health district’s website to download, print and complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Record form and bring it to the clinic. If you are receiving your additional or booster dose, bring your vaccine card with you to your appointment.

If you are under an Ohio managed care Medicaid plan, you may be eligible to receive a gift card through the mail for a Moderna or Pfizer booster, the release states. Information will be provided at the clinic.

Ages of eligibility are 12 and older for the Pfizer vaccine, 5 to 11 for the Pfizer pediatric vaccine and 18 and older for the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.
