Trumbull County Combined Health District to host 2 COVID-19 vaccination clinics this week
The Trumbull County Combined Health District will host COVID-19 vaccination clinics at two locations in the county this week.
The Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available.
Clinics are scheduled for:
- 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Howland Township Administration Building, 205 Niles-Cortland Road NE, Howland;
- 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Trumbull Community Action Program, 1230 Palmyra Road SW, Warren.
Walk-ins will be accepted, and an appointment isn’t necessary, a news release states. To speed up the check-in process, recipients are encouraged to visit the health district’s website to download, print and complete the COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Record form and bring it to the clinic. If you are receiving your additional or booster dose, bring your vaccine card with you to your appointment.
If you are under an Ohio managed care Medicaid plan, you may be eligible to receive a gift card through the mail for a Moderna or Pfizer booster, the release states. Information will be provided at the clinic.
Ages of eligibility are 12 and older for the Pfizer vaccine, 5 to 11 for the Pfizer pediatric vaccine and 18 and older for the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines.
