The Warren Police Department is investigating three shooting incidents over the weekend in the city, including one fatal shooting.

According to a police news release, officers responded to the 500 block of Phillips Drive about 9:15 p.m. on Aug. 2 to investigate a shooting of a female victim. On scene, officers provided First Aid, and the female was transported to St. Joseph Warren Hospital for further medical treatment, the report stated.

On Aug. 3, about 2:40 a.m., officers responded to the 300 block of Scott Street NE to investigate another shooting, On scene, officers located a male gunshot victim and provided aid. This victim was also transported to St. Joseph Warren Hospital for further treatment, the report stated.

Almost three hours later, at 5:22 a.m., officers responded to the 1400 block of Elm Road to investigate the report of several victims. Two men were taken to the hospital for treatment where on died from his injuries.
