27 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury
The Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday handed up 27 felony indictments.
The following people were indicted on Sept. 11 by the grand jury:
Claudia L. Clark, 49, Springfield Road, Poland, theft (f5);
Charles Ratliff, 84, Rush Boulevard, Youngstown, aggravated burglary (f1);
Talawrence T. Howard, 24, in care of Mahoning County jail, felonious assault (f2) w/three-year firearm specification;
India Queener, 34, Rush Boulevard, Boardman, felonious assault (f2);
Ryan Vasquez, 19, North Brockway Avenue, Youngstown, two counts felonious assault (f2), endangering children (m1);
Gabriel F. Ferguson, 19, East Avondale, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4);
Jerome H. Shaughnessy, 53, Burbank Avenue, Youngstown, felonious assault (f2) w/five- and three-year firearm specifications;
Alex R. Burson, 37, Silica Road, North Jackson, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f4);
Alphonso West, 56, Mathews Road, Boardman, theft (f5);
Tristan A. Apinis, 42, Cleveland Street, Salem, three counts, aggravated possession of drugs (f3), possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5), OVI (m1);
Ryan D. Kulcsar, 38, Oregon Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f5), OVI (m1);
Davieune J.A. Jackson, 19, Wellington Avenue, Youngstown, tampering with evidence (f3), receiving stolen property (f4), failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f4);
Tyler M. Penwell, 24, in care of Mahoning County jail, receiving stolen property (f4);
Samantha S. Young, 31, South Main Street, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
Marc A. Haney, 38, Elm Street, Struthers, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
Jasmine Riddle, 44, East Philadelphia, Girard, possession of cocaine (f5), possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5);
Michael D. Carkido, 51, Bishop Woods, Poland, theft in office (f3);
Eghosa Otabor Omoregie, 19, Nadyne Drive, Youngstown, felonious assault (f2) w/three-year firearm specification;
Amir Hammad, 26, in care of Mahoning County jail, three counts harassment with bodily substance (f5);
John Doe, secret indictment, two counts, aggravated trafficking in drugs (f2);
John Doe, secret indictment, trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound (f1) w/specification for forefeiture;
