32 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury

The Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday handed up 32 felony indictments.

The following people were indicted on Nov. 20 by the grand jury:

  • Michael D. Goins, 45, in care of Mahoning County jail, superseding, two counts rape (f1);
  • Blaine N. Truan, 37, Chris Avenue, Washingtonville, strangulation (f3), domestic violence (f5);
  • Gabriel Davis, 28, in care of Mahoning County jail, strangulation (f3), disrupting public services (f5), assault (m1);
  • Lisa Gilbo, 56, North Meridian Road, Austintown, possession of cocaine (f5); 
  • Takia Van Pelt, 30, East Florida Avenue, Youngstown, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3), receiving stolen property (f4), possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Caden J. Moffo, 20, Beechwood Drive, Boardman, abduction (f3), two counts domestic violence (m1); 
  • Isaiha M. Reyes, 28, Northfield Drive, Mineral Ridge, two counts felonious assault (f2), domestic violence (m1);
  • James Neail, 41, Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f5) w/specification for forfeiture;
  • Tom F. Tofilski, 40, Morningside Drive, Poland, two counts OVI (f3);
  • Jason Conrad, 43, in care of Mahoning County jail, burglary (f3), violating a protection order (f5);
  • Lynell M. Stanley, 40, in care of Mahoning County jail, two counts felonious assault, assault (m1);
  • Danny Daviduk, 47, in care of Mahoning County jail, receiving stolen property (f4);
  • Talawrence Howard, 24, Medford Avenue, Poland, tampering with evidence (f3), carrying a concealed weapon (f4), obstructing official business (f5);
  • Samantha Jo Milakovich, 35, in care of Mahoning County jail, aggravated robbery (f1) w/three-year firearm specification;
  • Aaron M. Moore, 30, in care of Mahoning County jail, aggravated robbery (f1) w/three-year firearm specification, felonious assault (f2) w/three year firearm specification;
  • Michael J. Boyle, 55, Lockwood Boulevard, Boardman, OVI (f3);
  • Steven R. Baldwin, 42, North Schenley Avenue, Youngstown, burglary (f2), theft (f5);
  • Nicholas A. Lewis, 33, in care of Mahoning County jail, possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5);
  • Devon M. Welsh, 29, Cathyann Drive, Boardman, two counts aggravated vehicular assault (f3), OVI (m1);
  • Benjamin Peters, 33, North Glenellen Avenue, Youngstown, domestic violence (f3);
  • Laval L. Jackson, 52, in care of Mahoning County jail, breaking and entering (f5), possessing criminal tools (f5);
  • Reagan M. Duck, 28, Depot Road, Salem, possession of cocaine (f5), possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5), tampering with evidence (f3);
  • Anthony Joseph McDaniel, 34, Parkgate Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Daniel S. Krotky Jr., 35, Clyde Street, Poland, possession of cocaine (f5), possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5);
  • Stephanie Hlebovy, 33, North Meridian Road, Austintown, possession of cocaine (f5), possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5);
  • Holly M. McCartney, 31, homeless, attempted aggravated burglary (f2);
  • Paul A. Sephakis, 42, Market Street, Youngstown, attempted aggravated burglary (f2);
  • Delvon R. Williams, 20, East Philadelphia Avenue, Youngstown, carrying a concealed weapon (f4);
  • Edward T. Agee, 18, West Evergreen Avenue, Youngstown, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3), tampering with evidence (f3), inciting to violence (m1), inducing panic (m1);
  • Jacob Goodspeed, 18, Idlewood Road, Austintown, tampering with evidence (f3), carrying a concealed weapon (f4), obstructing official business (m2);
  • Garrett Emerson, age/address not available, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3);
