A Trumbull County grand jury on Tuesday, December 30 returned 32 indictments.

The following cases will have arraignments scheduled with the case-assigned judge during their weekly criminal day within the next two weeks:

  • Kathleen M. McGovern, 44, North River Road, Warren, improperly handling firearms in motor vehicle (f4) w/specification for forfeiture, aggravated possession of drugs (f3) and possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Devin Barnes, 37, Parkman Road, Warren, theft (f5);
  • April L. Hacker, 36, Stoneybrook Drive, Hubbard, receiving stolen property (f5);
  • Katina L. Guerini, 45, Highlawn Avenue SE, Warren, possession of cocaine (f1) w/specification for forfeiture, aggravated possession of drugs (f3), aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Daniel A. Lazzari, 50, South Elruth Avenue, Girard, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f4);
  • George E. Keller, 47, Spaite Drive, East Palestine, two counts passing bad checks (f4), forgery (f4);
  • Jade A. McBride, 31, North Bentley Avenue, Niles, endangering children (f2), domestic violence (m1);
  • Anthony J. Vaccaro, 33, Fairview SE, Warren, possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5);
  • Michael Ray Crain, 51, Ridge Avenue SE, Warren, six counts trafficking in cocaine (f5), possession of cocaine (f5) w/specification for forfeiture, possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f4) and aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Savanna M. Rausch, 39, Brown Street, Niles, possession of cocaine (f3), possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f4) and aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Jimmie L. Shuman Jr., 52, Hobart Road, Leavittsburg, tampering with coin machines (f5), theft (m1), criminal damaging/endanger (m2);
  • Jason T. Huey, 36, Linden Avenue, Warren, burglary (f2);
  • Francis P. Brennick, 57, Frankford, Delaware, failure to register (f3), gross abuse of a corpse (f5);
  • Michael Derr, 32, Mansell Drive, Youngstown, two counts felonious assault (f2) w/repeat violent offender specifications, having weapons while under disability (f3), two counts domestic violence (m1);

Christensen, 43, Beaver Avenue, Niles, five counts rape (f1) w/sexually violent predator specifications, two counts attempted rape with sexually violent predator, attempted rape specifications, six counts gross sexual imposition (f3) w/sexually violent predator specifications, two counts gross sexual imposition (f4);
  • Brian J. Clay, 51, Warren Avenue, Niles, two counts having weapons while under disability (f3), theft (m1), possessing criminal tools (m1);
  • Chelsea Hunter, 22, Tibbets Wick Road, Liberty Township, theft (f5);
