53 felony indictments made by Trumbull County grand jury

A Trumbull County grand jury on Wednesday, January 21 returned 53 indictments.

The following cases will have arraignments scheduled with the case-assigned judge during their weekly criminal day within the next two weeks:

  • James R. Shaver, 42, Coombs Road, North Bloomfield, escape (f5);
  • Michael D. Freeman, 64, Southern Boulevard NW, Warren, escape (f4);
  • Brandon M. Price, 33, Akron, theft (f5);
  • Nicholas E. Hedrick, 25, failure to provide notice of change of address (f3);
  • Thomas J. Englert, 54, Porter Street NE, Warren, 10 counts, illegal use of minor in nudity-oriented material/performance (f2), 10 counts pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor (f2);
  • Frank Howley, 45, 36 Heights, Youngstown, tampering with evidence (f3), grand theft of motor vehicle (f4), theft (f5);
  • Kyle L. Brown, 43, Cleveland, burglary (f2), aggravated menacing (m1), public indecency (f4), aggravated trespass (m1);
  • Bradly V. Stinson, 42, Royal Mall Drive, Niles, domestic violence (f3);
