17 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury

Seventeen people indicted by the Mahoning County grand jury on charges ranging from possession of fentanyl-related compounds and cocaine to domestic violence and disrupting services.

The Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday handed up 17 felony indictments.

The following people were indicted on April 9 by the grand jury:

  • Abby M. Shack, 32, East Ohio Avenue, Sebring, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Raymond Ortiz, 31, Ayers Street, Youngstown, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3), escape (f3), possession of cocaine (f5), possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f5);
  • Travis Corley, 34, Weston Avenue, Poland, strangulation (f3), disrupting public services (f4), domestic violence (f5);
  • Ramone A. Elkins, 31, Meadowbrook Avenue, Boardman, domestic violence (f4), resisting arrest (m2), obstructing official business (m2);
  • Ashley M. Hill-Birkhimer, 31, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, felonious assault (f2);
  • Edward McLane, 39, Kenneth Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Dallas Humphrey, age NA, Hillman Street, Youngstown, having weapons while under disability (f3), aggravated possession of drugs (f5), possession of cocaine (f4), possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f4), OVI (m1);
  • Theresa Duley, 46, South Bon Air Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated possession of drugs (f3), possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f5);
  • Devan Minihan, 18, Fairfield Lane, McDonald, Pa., failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3), aggravated possession of drugs (f5), OVI (m1);
  • Jayden D. Melton, 20, Gluck Street, Youngstown, strangulation (f4), domestic violence (m1);
  • Jered O. Brady, 47, Risher Road SW, Warren, theft (f5), possessing criminal tools (f5);
  • Priscilla M. Miller, 45, South Bentley Avenue, Niles, possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f5);
  • Kayjuan Colpetro, 26, Willis Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f2) w/specification for forfeiture, aggravated possession of drugs (f3) w/forfeiture spec, possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f5) w/forfeiture spec;
  • Jheri Woods, age/address NA, tampering with evidence (f3), possession of cocaine;
