31 felony indictments made by Trumbull County grand jury

A Trumbull County grand jury on Wednesday, April 15 returned 31 indictments.

The following cases will have arraignments scheduled with the case-assigned judge during their weekly criminal day within the next two weeks:

  • Eric G. Pyatt, 36, East Webb Road, Austintown, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3);
  • Mario L. Turner, 36, South Feederle Drive SE, Warren, possession of a fentanyl-related compound (f5);
  • Christopher J. Edwards, 24, West Marshall Road, McDonald, domestic violence (f3);
  • Priscilla M. Miller, 45, Olive Street, Niles, aggravated possession of drugs (f5), possession of cocaine (f5), possession of fentanyl-related compound (f5);
  • Jesse L. Canter, 68, Harbor Street, Conneaut, two counts OVI (f3) w/specification for forfeiture;
  • Joseph P. Campbell, 32, Mahan Denman Road, North Bloomfield, superseding indictment, two counts assault (f4), aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Luther Simmons, 58, George Place SW, Warren, trespass in a habitation when a person is/likely to be present (f4);
  • Eric Lewis II, 18, Clarencedale Avenue, Youngstown, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (f4) w/forfeiture spec;
  • Jaques Johnson, 21. Milton Street SE, Warren, possession of cocaine (f5), trafficking in cocaine (f5) w/forfeiture spec;
  • Anthony Sims Jr., 41, Bane Street SW, Warren, trespass in a habitation when person is/likely to be present (f4), criminal damaging (m2);
  • Ramona Y. Hudson, 56, Silver Meadows Boulevard, Kent, possession of cocaine (f5), criminal trespass (m4);
  • Heather R. Francis, 33, Youngstown Warren Road, Warren, theft (f5), tampering with records (f5);
  • Dana Hunter, 36, Fifth Street SW, Warren, strangulation (f4), domestic violence (m1);
  • Roy S. Skaggs, 37, Northfield Avenue NW, Warren, three counts violating protection order (f5), three counts criminal damaging/endangering (m1);
  • Parris Brown, 42, Glendale Avenue, Boardman, aggravated possession of drugs (f5) w/forfeiture spec, possession of drugs (f5), w/forfeiture spec;
  • Austin G. Moser, 29, Addyson, theft (f5);
  • Lacey Risdon, 34, Mingo Junction, harassment with a bodily substance (f3);
  • Mark M. Morris, 41, Sharon, Pa., seven counts, endangering children (f4);
  • Brandon L. Allen, 36, Parkman Road NW, Warren, receiving stolen property (f4), fraudulent actions concerning VIN (f5);
  • David Parke, 33, Calla Avenue NW, Warren, three counts extortion (f3), aggravated menacing (m1), two counts intimidation (f3), retaliation (f3);
  • Nikki Boyce, 35, Hyde Avenue , Niles, possession of cocaine (f5), illegal use/possession of drug paraphernalia (m4);
  • Jerimy Eaton, 50, Mariwood Drive SE, Warren, passing bad checks (f5);
  • Gary C. Phillips, 45, Forsythe Avenue, Girard, aggravated possession of drugs (f5), illegal use/possession of drug paraphernalia (m4);
  • Joanna Harvey, 18, Laird Avenue NE, Warren, six counts endangering children (f2), two counts endangering children (f3), four counts felonious assault (f2);
  • Richard Plant Jr., 24, Laird Avenue NE, Warren, six counts endangering children (f2), two counts endangering children (f3), four counts felonious assault (f2);
  • Keith B. Foley, 50, Union Street SW, Warren, failure to register (f3), failure to provide notice of change of address (f3);
  • Paul Banovich Jr., 66, Warren Sharon Road, Brookfield, two counts importuning (f5), two counts grooming (m2);
  • Joseph Snyder, 25, Mercer, Pa., three counts unlawful sexual conduct with a minor (f4), eight counts pandering sexually-oriented matter involving minor (f2);
  • Kyle M. Lutz, 46, Park Avenue, Farrell, Pa., burglary (f2), tampering with evidence (f3), having weapons while under disability (f3).
