16 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury

The Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday handed up 16 felony indictments.

The following people were indicted on April 23 by the grand jury:

  • Xavier L. Kelley, 31, East Ohio Avenue, Sebring, domestic violence (f4);
  • Justen M. Warner, 42, East Oregon Avenue, Sebring, strangulation (f4), domestic violence (m1);
  • Michael A. Smith, 50, West Norman, Alliance, breaking and entering (f5), grand theft (f4);
  • Samuel Henderson, 24, Canfield Road, Youngstown, strangulation (f2), domestic violence (m1);
  • Kalia Rivers-Solomon, 25, Oxford Street, Campbell, theft (f5);
  • Anthony Ranalli, 40, Market Street, Youngstown, theft (f5);
  • Kenneth F. Spivey, 41, Everett Avenue, Poland, felonious assault (f2), assault (m1);
  • Nicholas Mallison, 35, Youngstown, escape (f5), resisting arrest (m2);
  • William Jones, 28, West Boston Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Ruben C. Carrillo, 39, Sciota Avenue, Boardman, theft (f5);
  • Vincent A. Rosati, 34, Franklin Avenue, Salem, possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Willie Hill, 19, Henry Street, Struthers, failure to comply with order/signal of police officer (f3);
  • Ryan Pezzuto, 37, West Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f5);
  • Bailey Guilinger, age/address NA, aggravated possession of drugs (f5);
  • Jane Doe, secret indictment, trafficking in cocaine (f1) w/specification for forfeiture, possession of cocaine (f1) w/specification for forfeiture;
  • John Doe, secret indictment, trafficking in persons for commercial sex acts (f1), rape (f1), six counts, corrupting another with drugs (f2), compelling prostitution (f3), felonious assault (f2) w/firearm specification, two counts domestic violence (m1).
