16 felony indictments made by Mahoning County grand jury
The Mahoning County grand jury on Thursday handed up 16 felony indictments.
The following people were indicted on April 23 by the grand jury:

- Kalia Rivers-Solomon, 25, Oxford Street, Campbell, theft (f5);
- Anthony Ranalli, 40, Market Street, Youngstown, theft (f5);

- William Jones, 28, West Boston Avenue, Youngstown, possession of cocaine (f5);
